Grace
Grace leads research and editorial at GradSimple. A University of British Columbia History graduate, she built her own non-traditional path into tech with no internships and no network to lean on, eventually landing at Greenhouse, the leading recruiting software platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. That firsthand experience of figuring it out without a safety net, combined with her day-to-day visibility into how hiring decisions are made at scale, is what she brings to GradSimple every week.
